Heart Centered Meditation Healing
I was standing with Yeshua 12 on my right and Mary on my left. We were holding hands. We weren’t walking and yet it felt as if we were being drawn forward and in, in, deeper in. Eventually, in front of us was a heart, an energetic heart. It was composed of all the energetic hearts of every member of the portal. I could see all the emotions that were trapped within. All the grief and all the emotions that came with that. Helplessness hopelessness, shock, anger, terror. They were all there stifling the ability of the collective heart to breathe and expand, to be in rhythm. These were emotions not only from this lifetime, but have been carried over from previous lifetimes and which we had been unable to let go of. I saw entangled silver cords, knotted areas, places of strain and stasis where there should be ease and flow. Every detail needed to be witnessed properly. I could feel compassion flowing from Yeshua 12 and Mary as we were the sacred witnesses to all of this. It needed to be comprehended. The scale of it, of the suffering.
I asked the I AM if it was in the highest and greatest good of all and if it was the moment to do so to please bless,heal and release these emotions. The light poured through our hearts towards the collective heart. The presence of the I AM was very strong. I saw the threads of these trapped emotions filled with light which travelled along the timelines of all the souls of every member of the portal blessing, healing, clearing. I saw energetic knots and entanglements being unravelled.
I then asked the I AM if it was in the highest and greatest good for the collective heart of the Portal to be blessed and healed. Liquid gold poured over, around and deep into the heart. Into all the nooks and crannies. Then the heart grew in radiance until that was all that there was in front of us. A shining radiance.
It felt important that the healing came through the Sacred Heart centres of people who had had lives on earth
