During our group meditation today,I received a message that was perceived from my Higher self, i thought related only to me, however, I found everyone in my group needed it. Take it in if its resonates with you.

"Slow down in everything you do. The power of your Light comes online when you slow down, and become present in every moment of your day, Breath in, stretch your body, smell the flowers, enjoy the beauty around you, your light will grow and become bigger, and your world smaller. Your mind craves and longs for slowness, desire to escape, return to a pace where mind can breath, feel and integrate again. You forget what calm actually feels like. Give up performance and productivity as your speed of life numbs you up. In your world numbness often mistaken for stability, but often mean that you have to adapt by lowering your sensitivity. You feel less deeply because your system learned to shut down what it can't process. The cost of rushing is not just creation of stress, but gradual loss of aliveness and presence, particularly in your relationships, attention becomes fragmented, the mind adapts by prioritizing speed over depths, and slowing down feels like falling behind. Information is consumed rapidly, but rarely integrated, the rewired mind becomes addicted to novelty, and your nervous system is constantly on overdrive. "

The meditation music ended, and message felt incomplete, but i feel like the continuation of this will present itself again at some point
