The cape lifts and a purple  wavy energy , hard to describe not solid not  fluid remained .

After your message yesterday about the rise of the feminine/healing the imbalance of the divine feminine, which REALLY resonated, and just after our group of 12 meditation I went for a walk and got a download/knowingness/clarity that I feel is very true to me and I also feel this is important to the entire portal.

With the world going crazy, and things also speeding up/intensifying in the portal lately, it hit me: Are we RESPONDING to the world or just REACTING to the world?

We need to be the ANTIDOTE to the world’s chaos and madness and we need to be the STILLNESS in the eye of the storm, the STABILITY when the external world seems like it’s falling apart.

Cultivate MORE STILLNESS, stability, beingness, presence, inner peace and love, more time tuning within. Not just in meditation, but short moments throughout the day. More Vipassana, mindfullness, tuning/breathing into our bodies, STOIM as Karen Kan calls it. I think this can be repeated again and again, because it is so important! And LESS busyness, information and distractions

5/3/26 – We are among crowds of Arabic people. They can’t see us. We are dancing; nimble in our steps. There are many of us here among the crowd and among every crowd in the Middle East.  As we dance among the crowd, we spread comfort and solace.  The lightness in our hearts and steps counteracts the heavy weight of sadness, fear and rage. It neutralises it. Through our love we are connected. We are one. The people are caught up in this mesh of loving oneness.  The more sensitive can notice our loving presence even if they can’t quite figure out how.  Our love and integrity emboldens those of a similar ilk.  Love is running through us. Not just our love.  We are a channel for the love of other-worldly beings. We allow / enable their loving energy to course through us and our bodies into the human world and dimension.  “Feel that huge loving current running through your chest. From the ground up, through your legs and out through your heart.  Thick, warm, powerful love. Love that embraces all, enveloping all with a sliver of light within them. Fanning that spark. Love that will suffocate the dark. Love like a fast flowing river of water, extinguishing sparks of rage, leaving behind fertile ground where buds and sprouts can grow.  Open your chests. Spread out your arms. Throw back your heads.  Feel that tremendous force running through you.  Feel its divine power – divinity that is at once both feminine and masculine – balanced exquisitely.  Love is running through you.  There is no match.  Can be no match for this tsunami of love.  You are joined by many.  All those souls on similar missions from across the world.  Come together in unity. In Oneness.  Huge, powerful, all-encompassing oneness. Terrific, magnificent, spectacular – you hvae not the words for what is happening. You are all playing your part. You are all needed.  Needed here to be at your most loving best.  Standing fully in your power – simultaneously of the feminine and masculine – intertwined.  You need to be fully in your power to withstand what is happening and play your part.  Let that love course through your body. Your body is just a shell but treasure it – it serves you well.  Allows the torrent of love to charge through you.  You are a portal for the divinity to make its presence known.  Everyone of you is special.  Everyone of you is cherished and loved.  You are treasured. Appreciated for your generosity, the gift you are giving to the world. You are each playing your unique part even if you’re not sure of the entirety of this role yet. You are loved. You are love. Inviting communication from above, around, within, beyond.  Bee believe – you have this power – just believe. You do deserve it too”.  Stand strong, tall, relaxed. Yes like school trees . Feel Source flow through you – healing and energising every cell of your body. Music runs through you. You’re adding codes, nutrients to the music as it leaves you and runs out to the world. Loosen up your bodies.  Help your body convey open, warm, expansive pure love.  Timidity, fear of visibility constricts.  Stand in the power of your presence as a loving, generous human being. It’s a shell but can change. It won’t break. Take up your space. Use it wisely. Convey love and openness. Exercise, movement is necessary. Treasure your human shell. It’s served you well. Your body loves movement. It needs it. You’re helping your body withstand the power surge that is coming. Swim, yoga, run, dance, whatever your body needs.  Listen to it. Find what it needs for strength. Bend, squat, wriggle, lift, stretch, reach. Embrace health and joy. Embrace life. Grab hold of it. Nurture it. 5/3/26 – late at night so I fell asleep half way through – to Rise of the DF – We are dancing nimbly on our feet – a long, long, voile cloth connecting all of us – we are as One. Love in our hearts and on our tongues. A torrent of love flowing up through our bodies and out through our hearts and mouths. Someone else’s words. Our songs spreading it further, carrying it like blossom on a breeze. We are digging deep. pulling this loving wise, kind energy up from the ground – solid, stable, strong. Singing in unison (I was singing on and off throughout or caterwauling). As we sing, we clear a pathway for love to flow. Gentle, peaceful. the shapes we make with our voices are important. Words. Reaching the hearts of those who hear us

7/3/26 – Our arms are in the air. We are using light language to create a staircase to consciousness?/Oneness? for all to climb up. We are clearing a path for all to follow. Building geometric structures to support and raise consciousness. Parting the heavy dark atmosphere as Moses parted the sea. A steady small stream of golden liquid flows down the stairs, lighting the way, anointing people as they walk up the staircase. Trepidation in them. Loving reassurance, serenity from us. We line the staircase, beckoning them up. Showing there’s nothing to fear. We look down on grey smouldering cities down below. The people are escaping via this staircase. We jump back off the staircase and float serenely on our backs. Not showing off. Just showing what is possible. We float in an easy wave of Oneness. Connected in love and light. Drifting lightly in the breeze. The lights all pink and violet bouncing off the golden staircase it glimmers and sparkles. Beautiful rainbows  lighting up the heavens. It’s magical to us. These newcomers are astounded. Mouths wide open in wonder. They can scarcely take it in. Some of the are considering jumping off the staircase to see if they can join us on our backs. It feels dangerous to them but we are so relaxed and at ease. In love. In peace. Floating on a breeze of tranquility. Our bodies held up – light through integrity and truth. Acting in bad faith serves as the weight to pull us back down to earth. We know this but have not tested it. A brave soul jumps off. They whoop with pleasure to see what is possible. Then another, shrieking. It’s like watching children jump off those water boats with little slides  into the sea. Excitement. Thrill. Pleasure. Hope. They are rushing up to the top of the staircase now. Eager and excited to jump off. No pushing or shoving. It’s orderly but they cannot wait. In the air we are a sea of beautiful souls bobbing around. Connected as one through love. We grow. Niki is here. Looking regal and radiant. Golden hair and golden skin. Shining in brilliant light. Her light drawing more attention to the staircase. A beacon of light and hope. The upward trickle of people has become a fast flowing stream. People are quick, efficient. They see what happens at the top and can’t wait to join in. What vibrant loving energy. It’s immense. A huge force. We sing “Fol lol the doh, fol the day, fol the doh, fol the day” THIS is the alternative to war. There IS a different pathway. There IS hope . Join in the sea of love. Become Oneness. 8/3/26 – We are in a wood. Relaxed. Sunlight streaming down between the trees which are not too densely packed. We are at Earth Spirit Centre in our favourite spot.  The avians and arboreals are bringing us healing. We need to be in this area of Glastonbury / Stonehenge/ Woodhenge – it’s significant.  We are waiting to greet the men who are coming to unite with us – keepers of the feminine energy. Our feminine energy is so powerful it could be daunting. Andy and the other men are here to show feminine strength and energy is not to be fearer.  Men and women united in spirit are a forec to be reckoned with.  We are excited they are coming to join us. Rightness. Righteous Unity.  Solid strength created by the merging of two halves, at once equal.  Both needed: love and light.  Those who are wounded can be healed in this Oneness. Injuries melt away. Superceded by strength. Loving, warm, robust, compassionate wisdom and strength.  Women pouring divine feminine energy full of love and strength into the melting pot.  Men charged with bringing the Divine Masculine.  We have both but no we have both in equal measure. 8/3/26 Sunday group of 12 meditation

I saw the four of our group who were receiving healing as strong and powerful women. They were somehow larger than their human selves. They were standing holding hands in a circle around a fire. I think the location was the centre of Stonehenge. The rest of the group and others were dancing to the music in the background. Then the four moved into a line and began receiving healing from a light from above. It was like they were being healed one at a time and waiting in line for their turn. Then I looked past them and saw the line was more than just them, more than our group, more than the 144 or the Portal. I got that this line of women, that went on and on into the distance with no end in sight, was all the women of the Earth.

I was sitting cross legged and moved my hands up to see if I could do light language. I moved my hands in swirls for a minute or so then stopped and held them up in front of me, palms facing forward. I could feel energy pressing back. I started to get words coming through and wrote this down,

We are with you the Divine feminine of the Earth. We commend your abilities in sending healing to all female beings of the Earth. Today we will initiate all of you into the Divine sisterhood of the hierarchy. We stand with you in anticipation of the New order of female divinity.

I placed my left hand on my heart and the right hand in front of my root chakra. I felt that my task was to balance and ground the energy through my root chakra to the Earth. I asked my GT to balance my energy to help me. I needed the masculine energy for stability. I moved my arms above my head and held them in the air, then I put them in prayer position in front of my heart. I began saying/channelling words out loud. I said 
‘Powerful’ then more words I don’t remember, it was something like, ‘Women of the world, you are healed. Come as one, we are united.’ I had tears running down my face. It was like I was conducting a ceremony. Afterwards I felt a huge amount of energy running through my body.

9/3/26 – to Rise of the Divine Feminine – A beautiful golden waterfall – love flowing down from the heavens – landing as water when it hits the pool below.  The edges of the pool seep into the planet, spreading nourishment, allowing plants and wildlife to grow and flourish.  Niki is bathing in the centre of the pool.  Transmuting love into lifeforce energy, nourishing the planet.  The pool grows bigger, we the 144 are in it now. The golden liquid flows faster, the waterfall is wider, a bigger volume of water falling.  All this love transformed by us into something digestible to the planet. Yes, its full of nourishment but its so rich the humans can’t take it in its purest form right now.  The pool has grown into a lake. Its full of all portal members bathing in this living golden light of love and wisdom. We absorb its goodness. We are on top of the world, the lake spills out in rivers flowing down from the top of the globe across the world.  The air is alive with brilliant blue butterflies sucking the nectar from the plants around the lake.  Heavenly nourishment; better than anything that could be found anywhere else.  A huge divine mother (Mary?) hologrammed in the sky. Looking down with love and joy on the scene below.                                                       Beatrice and Eugenie with their mother as symbols of what is antithetical to the Divine Feminine. Exploiting their femininity to serve a darker corrupted agenda.  They can take only a teeny drop of this liquid in a huge jug of water. It would be too much to step into and immerse themselves as we do.  We swim gracefully, nourished by this pool of life. We are serving our role in spreading love, making it understandable. The planet is rising. This is the love of a Divine Mother. The love every human should receive. We are seeding it back into the planet.  Helping mothers be in their divine feminine energy. Every child’s birthright is to be loved and treasured. To know they are cherished and special. To learn to be connected to Source through their connection to their mother. The person who gave them passage into the world. Acts of love creating life as it should be. Mothers full of love and wisdom. We are all this mother to the new world. We are all rebirthing this new world. One where we are all loved and treasured. Living in harmony. Connected in community. Oneness.  Beatrice and Eugenie and Sarah are surrounded by this sea of pure love.  They cannot swim or walk through it. They can learn to live and breathe it – slowly, very slowly or shrivel and become emaciated. On their own excommunicated.  The Lady of the Lake is in the middle – I cant grasp whether she’s emerging or submerging.

10/3/26 – We are high in the sky above Uluru. Thousands of angelic beings – the portal, seraphim, sphere beings alliance – many others – other worldly and from this.  There are many spiritual groups working to ascend who’ve been summoned to help. All called to help. All sending love and healing to Uluru, Sophia and any being caught up in spiritual warfae that has been infiltrated or harmed.  Its a beacon for recovery. A lighthouse calling in for help but also serving as a warning of what can go wrong when faith, Source is abandoned in favour of objects or ego.  Fakery not Authenticity.  This has been a near miss. The fallen are here too. Resistant, entrenched in shame, digging in.  But its an easy task for us.  We are full of love. Trremendous heart-swelling love. Something momentous is happening. We don’t understand it fully (at least I don’t). Its hard for humans to comprehend and there is still some space between our ET souls and our human shell. But we are wrapped in a huge embrace of loving Oneness. United together.  Portal and beyond. Each part of this patchwork blanket of love.  Masculine and Feminine Energy in egalitarian unity.  As far as the eye can see. Brilliant glittering rainbows in the sky. Surrounded by dazzling white light blasting down.  We are within some kind of structure – for safety and protection – not a prison.  The energy inside here is oh so powerful, so full of love.  The vibrations make us quiver. Dragons Group 2 Meditation 7 March 2026 – Divine Feminine / Divine Masculine

Two meditations, back to back, healing for our group & Sophia

1. ULURU1 –  Meditation Music – Divine Feminine – Harry’s Game/Clannad

The first meditation today – I saw Sophia as a huge, immense, infinite being in the cosmos.  Arms outstretched surrounding the Earth her hands clasped, she gently fades but remains as a white vibrating light force around our planet.  Energy builds and her heart energy projects a strong force around and into all parts of Gaia – felt like a kind of rainbow rain light, shimmering,  gentle.  Our group is in the special clearing at Earth Spirit we meet, the three of us and Sophia in the centre.   In the middle there is a beautiful crystal globe.  Sophia shows us visions in the globe.  She shows us all our strength and power – she says “Courage dear heart.  Together we create our Divine Power of unstoppable love, protection, hope and faith.  We are the solution to bring balance, to hold humanity in the arms of Grace.  Be still dear ones, be present, be here now.  The here now is the eternal presence of the infinite and collective I AM.”  In the globe we are shown our connection to each other and all our groups.   With each new vision the energy increases and pictures become more vibrant.  We link strongly to Niki, her team and the group in Uluru.  Their heart energy joins ours and Niki appears beside Sophia in Earth Spirit.  The connection is palpable and we feel, sense, see or simply recognise it.  Open heart, both fierce and gentle, nurturing.  Healing energy swirls from the Globe around us all and Niki – the space and air is alive as symbols pour out of the globe as gold outlines, varying sizes, spinning, etheric, subtle.  We feel the love.  We open our hearts to send our ‘rainbow’ love to all areas of war and strife and to the oceans.  We send it as love to all beings, forms of life without exception.  It fills the air we breathe.  For the three – I see love and healing surround you.  Feel it, breathe it, be it.   Together you form a triangle of connection – across the globe – UK, South Africa, Bermuda – a Trinity.  Represents Balance, Harmony and Integration of mind, body and spirit.  The merging of past, present, future … integration of all the mental, physical and emotional = Harmony.

1. ULURU2 – Meditation Music from Divine Masculine 11, Nature / Choir

In the second meditation, I see the 3 for healing with Sophia … all standing soooo tall, robed in white forming points of a Triangle – London, Granada, India.  A triangle filled with the white light of Sophia.  Iridescent healing colours appear, gently moving.  You all step inside, immersed in this energy.   The triangle can move and be placed in areas of strife spreading healing light over large areas. It can expand and contract.  You travel connecting to each other instantly and there is no distance between you.   Time and space as one.  Our group and all others, including Niki and Uluru Group, spin healing and love across our earth and into the cosmos.   We link to the Ascended Masters and Sophia, to all that supports us 100% LLTW and to the angelic realms and choirs that sing and bring love and harmony to our divine masculine.  So vast are we, the vision of war becomes a playground with toys small and insignificant chess pieces tossed aside.  Sophia surrounds all these areas with Divine Feminine merging with the Divine Masculine showing love, merging, connecting, nurturing.  Remembering – mothers, fathers, children our grandparents, ancestors, friends and family. She sends a shield of light, protection and courage.   We are ALL ONE here, now, always.  The three of  you are surrounded with Golden energy, strength, love and wisdom.  These are the qualities of your triangle.  THEN, both meditations / groups merge all circling Uluru along with the many hundreds of thousands of others LLTW / Sovereignty, Ascended Masters, 144, Tribes …. All.  Circling and walking, holding hands around Uluru.  They receive and share energies with the Ancients.   The Ancients say “This is your time to be and live your power, let blend the spirits of male and female for this is the essence of life and harmony, balance, growth, rebirth …. FREEDOM.  This is your time, you are here on the wings of the eternal I AM”.

Sharing today’s ,experience related to Uluru .

My meditation in the morning10/03/26 I intended healing, protection to Uluru.I got words: Embrace your magnificence,Don’t be afraid to shine, the balance is restored Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine sacred union, unbeatable power, power to love.The peace and harmony is back.The light is back, the Divine Feminine is here to stay! Don’t be afraid to shine ,spread your light, light up the world. Be love, give love, spread love, love is the answer!The balance is restored, let is sink and integrate! It is time to celebrate! Then I was doing light language, asked my group to join me . We were holding hands beaming light through our hearts towards Uluru.Then we put our hands  in front of us sending love and light to Uluru, we became our dragons in light/ energetic forms breathing light, then 144 joined and other light beings joined us. We created a dome of love light and protection around Uluru.Our group created rhomboid geometry form- 4 groups of 3 people each and continued to send love and light. Was a beautiful feeling .

10/3/26 We are on a beach in Australia (?). Its deserted aprt from us swimming in the sea. There are ET souls inhabiting human bodies all around the coast of Australia.  Its a glorious day. We are in our human shells at their best.  We are enjoying the water. its up to our waists and the glorious sun shines on our arms and faces.  We are joyful and carefree. We occupy one section but we know there are many more – other groups – creating a huge safety net around the continent. Healing the water. being healed by the water. reciprocity. Everything is in reciprocity. Everything lives in reciprocity. Perfect alignment. Perfectly designed. Every element is needed. Nothing is unnecessary. The wondrous magical harmony of the planet.  In the sky Seraphim, Sphere Being Alliance, held by the strong secure love of I AM. The aquatics and avians playing their part in healing the ocean and the skies. Deep inland, the arboreals pin everything of this tableau exactly in place. where it should be.  We are joyful, playful, at ease, warm, relaxed and in a state of love.  Don’t be mistaken.  This is not frivolous business. All this happiness and bliss is of great importune.  There are those here with more gravity.  Still in love and peace but with very big responsibilities. Everything is in synchronicity and alignment.  We are being upgraded for the next phase. Polishing of pineal glands, strengthening our bodies, clearing of chakras.  Yes you’re right usually this does come at the ned of the week but this is a big one.  There is much to do. Important work. Feel the energy ramping up to assist.  Notice that deep, deep, breathing. Notice the Kundalini life force energy. Move. Keep your bodies lithe, fluid and flexible to enable flow.  Feel how securely you are held in wondrous Oneness.  Nothing to fear.  The sky is vibrant with purple crystals reflecting glorious healing light. Twinkle and shine casting love and light beyond where it can be seen. there is nowhere for the dark to hide. No escape.  Its snared in this net of loving wisdom and light. feel the peace. A seraphim took me to Uluru. It is dense with beings from the angelic realms. There is a sense of deep, deep calm and anticipatory excitement at the same time. They are deeply grateful to everyone in the Portal. Everything is as it needs to be. The depth of magnificent beingness of Uluru herself is breathtaking. She seems to be growing and expanding in preparation. Lots of dragons there. So much love and joy at Uluru.
